Ayobami Olu-Bamisaye

Ayobami Olu-Bamisaye is a Nigerian-American engineer and the founder of Ren Power Group, a renewable-energy platform transforming how clean power flows across Africa.
Before founding Ren Power Group, she supported multi-million-dollar capital projects at a government agency in California and worked in power systems engineering at a leading U.S. utility, where she advanced reliability, grid modernization, and equitable design. She has mentored young engineers and led initiatives that merge technical precision with social purpose.
Her vision was shaped on both sides of the Atlantic: the precision of American infrastructure and the urgency of African innovation. Through Ren Power Group, Ayobami is building a new energy economy where access is circular, affordable, and sovereign.
She leads with a rare conviction that power is more than electricity. It is freedom, and every circuit built with integrity lights the path of a nation towards sustainable economic development.
